Dana Krzyston, CPA
Vice President of Finance and Operations

Ms. Krzyston has over 18 years of accounting and finance experience, primarily with companies in the healthcare and life sciences arena. Prior to joining Mpex in 2006, she served as Controller of Tensys Medical, Inc., a medical device start-up, with broad responsibilities for financial planning, accounting, treasury, and operations. Ms. Krzyston played a key role in securing $21 million in private placement venture funding for Tensys. Prior to Tensys, Ms. Krzyston was employed by Nanogen, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company, in financial positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Sr. Director of Finance. Prior to that, Ms. Krzyston held various accounting positions at Pyxis Corporation (now Cardinal Health, Inc.), a manufacturer of automated drug and supply distribution systems. Ms. Krzyston received her bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from San Diego State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
