
Kenneth Kelley

Mr. Kelley is an experienced venture capital investor, entrepreneur and director of biotech and medical device companies. He is a mentor to first time entrepreneurs and seed capital investor. Kelley currently serves on the boards of EndoNav, Halozyme (AMEX: HTI), Solus Biosystems and StemCor. Previously, he was the founder/CEO and Chairman of IntraBiotics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. which he took public in 2000 (Nasdaq: IBPI). Kelley participated in the financing and growth of over two dozen biotech and medical device companies while a General Partner at Latterell Venture Partners (LVP) and an apprentice at Institutional Venture Partners (IVP). He was also a consultant for McKinsey & Company and a scientist at Integrated Genetics (acquired by Genzyme). Kelley has an MBA from Stanford and a BA in biochemical sciences from Harvard.
